After three decades of change management in the Corporate world, I applied my skills to the design and project management of our lake house. During this Covid experience we managed an early exit from our city dwelling to our cottage lot, navigating rental, swing space and storage through a heavily compressed construction schedule.

Many compliments came my way, enough so that I thought my next chapter in life should be to help others transition or as we prefer to call it right sizing.
